Travel Story

Pojie is one of our first batch of FIT travelers under the Discover Korea Your Way (DKYW) project. DKYW is a coupon booklet specially produced by KTO Malaysia branch for Malaysia free and easy travelers and this year marked the 3rd year we launched this coupon booklet campaign. With the hopes of encouraging more Malaysian travelers using the DKYW coupons to save more for their trip and explore Korea to the fullest, KTO sponsored a total of 5 Malaysia social influencers to Korea this year and each of them was going to a different region of Korea. Their main mission was to plan a minimum of 5D4N trip to Korea where they would make all the arrangements by themselves and tried to use as many DKYW coupons as possible.

Pojie is an adventurous and optimistic solo traveler. He likes to discover the hidden gem of every country which is why he chose to go Jeonju, Yeosu, and Busan for his mission. Jeonju is a slow city that has well-preserved Korea’s traditional culture, while Yeosu and Busan are maritime cities renowned for its pristine coastal sceneries. Yeosu is more well-known among Koreans for their weekend getaway or short trip, while Busan attracts tourists from all over the world. All three places have their unique sees and dos that will definitely create an unforgettable travel experience for you.

Below is Pojie’s travel itinerary and for more travel stories, visit his blog post, Jeonju, Yeosu & Busan.
