Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.

Crab-meat Cucumber Salad (게살 오이냉채 Kesal O-i Naengchae)
This refreshing delicacy is made with crab meat, cucumber, onion, green pepper, and other vegetables along with mustard, vinegar, and sugar. This sweet and sour salad is a great treat for the hot summer.
Braised King Oyster Mushroom (새송이 버섯장조림 Sesongi Beoseot Jangjorim)
King oyster mushrooms are marinated in soy sauce in this delicious dish. The delectable texture of the meat makes it taste like meat.
