Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.

Nutritional Rice (영양밥)
Nutritional Rice (영양밥) – There are many kinds of nutritional rice in Korean cuisine. Korean made this nutritional rice mixed with vegetables, nuts, herbs or mushrooms. It’s a traditional way of making rice with healthy ingredients in glutinous rice. The Korean eat a lot for keeping their healthy body.
Napa Cabbage Kimchi (배추 김치)
Napa Cabbage Kimchi (배추 김치) – Kimchi a staple in Korean Cuisine, is a famous traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, made with a widely varying selection of seasonings. There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made with different vegetables as the main ingredients. Napa Cabbage Kimchi are the most commonly used kimchi vegetables.
