Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.

Grilled Mackerel (Godeung-eo gu-i 고등어 구이 )
It is one of the most popular fish grilled dish by Korean in the Winter season. It is served with the sauce on top of grilled fish.
Steamed Cabbage (Baechujjim 배추찜)
Wash the cabbages clean and steam them in a steamer for about 5 minutes. Then make a sauce with green and red pepper and served it on the top of steamed cabbages to make it nicer.
