Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.

1. Korean Mixed Assorted Pan Fried Delicacies (Modeumjeon 모듬전)
Korean Mixed Assorted Pan Fried Delicacies (Modeumjeon 모듬전) is commonly eaten as an appetizer, as banchan a small side dishes, or as anju a food to eat while drinking. It is also served as an important food for jesasang (제사상) a ceremonial table setting for jesa, ancestor worship and janchi (잔치) means feast or festival.
