Buchucho Muchim is a Korean BBQ side dish that made from sprinkle chili powder, sugar, perilla oil and vinegar on the chives washed clean and sour. It’s very refreshing yet very flavorful and make meat (especially pork) tastes even better! It is such a great side dish with fatty meat because it balances the flavor and fattiness.
