Korean Cooking Class – 10 March 2020 (Tuesday)

Love to eat Korean food? How about learning how to cook your favourite Korean food?


Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.


Learn cooking Korean dishes has never been so easy!

Tuna Kimbap (참치 김밥)

Tuna Kimbap (참치 김밥): It’s one of Korea’s favorite type of Kimbap. It has light and savory taste. One bite will brings back warm and fuzzy memories. The nostalgia likely includes picnics and school field days, where kimbap was nearly essential.


Stir-fried Spicy Chili Mushrooms (꽈리고추 버섯무침)

Stir-fried Spicy Chili Mushrooms (꽈리고추 버섯무침): Boil the pepper and mushrooms together and squeeze out the water and add fish sauce, garlic, sesame salt and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame to serve.
