Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.

Goguma Matdang/Korean Sugar Glazed Sweet Potato (고구마 맛탕)
Goguma Matdang/Korean Sugar Glazed Sweet Potato (고구마 맛탕) – is a Korean sweet potato side dish or snack created by deep frying sweet potato pieces in oil and tossing them in a caramelized syrup. They are sweet and super crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
