Korean Cooking Class – 10 December 2019 (Tuesday)

Love to eat Korean food? How about learning how to cook your favourite Korean food?


Korea Plaza offers a Free Korean cooking class to our Kaki Korea Club members on every second or fourth Tuesday of a month. Depending on the number of participants, you will get the opportunity to experience a “hands-on session” on how to make the dishes, the recipe and have a try on the taste yourself.


Learn cooking Korean dishes has never been so easy!

Bugeoguk/Korean Dried Pollock Soup (북어국) 

Bugeoguk/Korean Dried Pollock Soup (북어국) – is a soup made with dried pollock (also spelled pollack). This recipe is tasty, healthy, easy and cheap. This soup is known as a hangover remedy in Korea, but it’s also a great cold remedy. Bugeoguk is a quick and easy soup that’s perfect for cold winter days!


Goguma Matdang/Korean Sugar Glazed Sweet Potato (고구마 맛탕)

Goguma Matdang/Korean Sugar Glazed Sweet Potato (고구마 맛탕) – is a Korean sweet potato side dish or snack created by deep frying sweet potato pieces in oil and tossing them in a caramelized syrup. They are sweet and super crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
