Menu 1: Tofu Hot Pot (Dubu Jeongol '두부전골')

Tofu Hot Pot (Dubu Jeongol '두부전골') is a Korean-style shabu-shabu that boils to the head with vegetables, Chinese cabbage, onion, zucchini, carrots, green onions, mushrooms and meat, and thick anchovy broth.

Menu 2: Dried Shredded Squid Seasoned Soy Sauce (Ojingeo Silchae Ganjangbeokkeum '부추초무침')

Dried Shredded Squid Seasoned Soy Sauce (Ojingeo Silchae Ganjangbeokkeum '부추초무침') is one of the famous Korean side dish menu made of a thinly chop the chopped chin with soy sauce, sugar, syrup, almond slices and clean berries.

Korean Cooking Class is offered FREE of charge by Korea Tourism Organization (KTO). It will be conducted in English by an experienced Korean chef, Madam Shin (Shin Sonsengnim).
