Class Introduction

Menu 1: Rice Cake Dumpling Soup (떡만두국)

Rice Cake Dumpling Soup  is a Korean traditional dish that can be tried during the Chinese New Year period whereby its ingredients are included with the stock of bone soup or it can be cooked with the mixture of chicken soup and anchovy soup as well. In certain areas of Seoul, people do have customs of having this Soup together with the dumplings.

Korean Cooking Class is offered FREE of charge by Korea Tourism Organization (KTO). It will be conducted in English by an experienced Korean chef, Madam Shin (Shin Sonsengnim).
