Class Introduction

Menu 1: Sweet Crispy Fish (Saengseon gangjeong '생선강정')

 

Saengseon gangjeong when translated is called as sweet crispy fried fish. Saengseon (생선) means fish and Gangjeong (강정) is a type of Korean sweet that is fried and coated in a sticky sauce.  It is a very popular traditional Korean dish and is usually made with chunks of chicken from a whole chicken. They crackle when you bite into them, but they remain juicy and soft on the inside.

 


Menu 2: Tomato Kimchi ('토마토김치')

This is a very zesty condiment or salad reminiscent of Korean cabbage Kimchi in flavour. Not for the faint of heart, this dish can be very addictive for those who like bold flavours. Great served as a side with grilled meats.
