Menu 1: Buckwheat noodles ( Makguksu '막국수')


Mak-guksu (막국수) or buckwheat noodles is a Korean buckwheat noodle dish served in a chilled broth and sometimes with sugar, mustard, sesame oil or vinegar.It is a local specialty of the Gangwon province of South Korea, and its capital city, Chuncheon.

Menu 2: Asian Chives Pancake ( Buchujeon '부추전')

Buchujeon (부추전) is a Korean pancake made with Asian chives and coating them with wheat flour before frying them in oil. It’s widely enjoyed among Koreans as a side dish or snack because it’s so simple to make and very nutritious.

Korean Cooking Class is offered FREE of charge by Korea Tourism Organization (KTO). It will be conducted in English by an experienced Korean chef, Madam Shin (Shin Sonsengnim).
