Menu 1: Spicy Stir-fry Chicken (Dakdari Duruchigi ‘닭다리 두루치기')
Duruchigi is a traditional dish from the Gyeongsang provinces. Although pork is commonly used these days, it was originally made by squid as the main ingredient. But specially for this class, we are going to use chicken as our main ingredients.
Menu 2: Seaweed Tofu Pancake (Miyeok Dubu Jeon ’미역 두부전')
Korean Seaweed Tofu pancake (miyeok dubu jeon) are a great example of a delicious snack or side dish and that is easy to cook!A nd is a great option if you want to skip eating meat for a day :). We will prepare together small seaweed tofu pancake with a lot of vegetables.
