Menu 1: Chicken Cabbage Casserole (Dakgogi Baechu Jeonggol '닭고기 배추 전골')
This slow cooker version of a Korean chicken soup is so easy to make! It’s called dakkogi baechu jeongol. Dak (닭) is chicken, baechu (배추) is napa cabbage. Baechu stew is usually made with beef broth or anchovy broth, and sometimes flavored with doenjang (fermented soybean paste). It also works very well with chicken broth!
Menu 2: Tangerine with Soy Bean Paste (Kamgyul Dwenjang Muchim '감귤 된장무침')
With the sweet and sour taste of tangerine, together with soybean paste dressing makes it one of the tasty side dishes!
